Et l’Angleterre n’a-t-elle pas un intérêt spécial à promouvoir une telle restauration ? Ce serait une claque pour l’Angleterre si l’une de ses deux rivales s’emparait de la Syrie. Ici, la politique…n’exhorte t-elle pas l’Angleterre à encourager la nationalité des Juifs et à les aider à revenir… A l’Angleterre revient naturellement le rôle de favoriser l’établissement des Juifs en Palestine. "
