Quotation from David Ben Gurion “At the beginning of the war… the establishment of a Jewish state” — Sep. 12 1939

Twelve days after the outbreak of World War II, Ben Gurion indicated what the Zionist objective in this war would be: to establish a Jewish state.

Author : Thematics :

We are at the beginning of the war... if the war continues for long we shall feel its impact in Eretz Yisrael too and we shall face difficult and complicated situations; we need a political compass to direct our path in this dark confusion. In my opinion, this political compass corresponds to striving for the establishment of a Jewish state in Eretz Yisrael.
