Dans le territoire palestinien qu’Israël a occupé depuis 1967, il y a maintenant cinq millions de Palestiniens sans Etat, vivant sans droits, dans un état aigü d’assujettissement, et dépourvus d’une route vers l’auto-détermination. (…) Un régime institutionnalisé d’oppression raciale et de discrimination systématiques a été établi. Les juifs israéliens et les Arabes palestiniens vivent leurs vies sous un régime unique qui différencie la distribution de droits et d’avantages [sur] la base de l’identité nationale et ethnique et qui assure la suprémacie d’un groupe sur un autre, au détriment du second … C’est un apartheid.

In the Palestinian territory that Israel has occupied since 1967, there are now five million stateless Palestinians living without rights, in an acute state of subjugation, and with no path to self-determination. (…) [An] institutionalized regime of systematic racial oppression and discrimination has been established.
